About
Digital product consultant. Close to two decades across mobile, apps, travel, telecoms, payments, and eCommerce.
I came into product work sideways. QA at Square Enix Europe, games journalism in my twenties, then mobile products when smartphones changed everything. My university dissertation was on building a news aggregator for mobile devices, years before the iPhone launched. I've been thinking about this stuff for a long time. British by birth, but I spent formative years in Tokyo and it shaped how I think about design, service, and what makes something feel considered. London is home.
I've been consulting through Riverdust since 2010, working alongside product teams on complex, cross-functional problems. Recent work includes eCommerce replatforming at Gousto, the Eurostar–Thalys app merger, and mobile payments at Skype.
When I'm not doing that, I run, I get lost in new cities on purpose, and I spend too long in galleries pretending I know what I'm looking at.

I'm most interested in digital product work with an international dimension. Apps, consumer platforms, and digital products where the experience genuinely matters. I like complex environments where someone needs to bring clarity and make things move.
